Overview

Hello, I am Mary England, RN, BCPA

I founded Evergreen Health Advocates to be there for patients and families instead of working for a healthcare facility. Healthcare has become so complex that it is difficult for people unfamiliar with it to navigate finding care, experience safe transitions, and during all discussions around understanding your providers. Spending 14 years as a RN case manager in a hospital and ICU setting, I saw patients and families struggle daily with getting the results they needed. 40 years as a nurse lead to experience with many areas of healthcare knowledge.
We can be there with you or your loved one to make the journey easier, safer and less stressful. Having your own RN and board certified advocate at your side provides comfort and reassurance during these important times.

Prepared with knowledge, resources, and compassion, I can assist you or your loved one navigate the complexities of our healthcare system. Along with my experience comes a commitment to understand my clients needs and assist them to make informed decisions and obtain the best possible outcomes.

Mary has been an incredible advocate for my sister and I while on the journey of getting my Mom into assisted living, as well as helping advocate for her care until we were able to get her in. Mary helped be a liaison with doctors, nurses, social workers, and helped us understand medical forms we needed to complete as well as helped with all appointments. We live out of state, and even if we lived in state we could not have done any of it without Mary. She is incredible! Mary has a kind heart, a gentle approach and empathetic ear. There is no possible way we would have been able to navigate this challenging experience without her.
