Nancy assists families and caregivers with tailored health resource planning based on individual needs, values, and family and community resources. As a care manager, she counsels families and caregivers on senior life transition decisions and connects them to home and community-based services. She assists families with a broad spectrum of needs.

Most importantly, Nancy’s focus is on preserving quality of life and careful family resource utilization.  She collaborates with a network of senior care colleagues and human services agencies on a regional and national level.

Navigate Medicare, SSA & Insurance

As a frequent professional presenter on Medicare and other State and Federal programs for seniors, she assists families in understanding and selecting insurance products including Medicare Gap and Part D prescription drug plans.  She explains availability of other public resources such as Social Security, enrollment, eligibility, ways that new coverage may affect current insurance benefits and appropriate criteria for selecting a new insurance plan.
